You don't have to dominate in order to gain and hold power. Learn and Earn power to keep himself safe and hidden, free to do what he wants, but not at the mercies / power of others. His freedom means nothing if he dies. Staying OP while being Low Key is possible and being only High profile when his life is in danger in order to save it. By the time others want to restrict his freedom, at least have the power to protect said freedom, which is not domination, but Ability of Self Defense and independent. It is the struggle, effort, and crafting to gain power for self Defense and independence. No need for being OP. Self sustenance, independence, and freedom all require the power to protect it.

Can you make up your mind on which gender Ophis is? You kept switching between He and She, Him and Her. Was quite annoying to read.

The problem in my opinion isn't that he doesn't turn himself into a God with flour and water. It's that he knows he's in DxD and doesn't even think of getting stronger himself until last chapter. Like, what's the point of being in that world if everyone and their grandmothers are stronger than you?

Just call Ophis an It if you don't want to keep switching the gender. Also, will the Mc's mindset change and he will try to take over the world and become strong because that just happening without any effort on his part is just dumb
