The ability to control fire but not create it would make more sense for a pyrokinesis/telekinesis user. It will also help you to not make the MC too OP too fast. TK is basically the ability to control but not create (except for his inner energy). I suppose later on he could transform the energy in his body into "physical energy" like fire.

I think it's better if you had the MC train his quirk. You referenced the quirk of MC in superpower wiki, it's great, it have a good power levels for Telekinesis. You will have a training arc after every main story arc, if the MC start from basic level (Lvl 1), which is already strong, to absolute level (Lvl 6, Godlike). Even with just a master level (Lvl 4), the MC will become Immortal. The canon start 10+ year after gaining quirk. From the start, you made the MC expert level (Lvl 3) using molecular manipulation to make every cells of his whole body a carrier of psychic energy, meaning, a genius MC. Then you're saying the MC won't one shot every one. The genius MC, who after gaining an expert level Telekinesis quirk, started training from day 0 to become more powerful, will face challenges 10+ year later. Then the plot armor of other characters is OP.

wrong, even after Tomura evolved his power he still had his power erased... the power of the mc is emission type and it doesn't make sense to change, because it just seems like an excuse for the mc to get broken.

For my taste, his reactions are a bit artificial and the dialoge is missing completely. You just advance the plot, but dont care about writing his character and enhancing the story. The story in its enterity feels a bit soulles, good idea but to focused ob the plot. But the idea is worthy to put in a fanfic

just want to say that he wouldn't be able to make fire because he can at most control 200 lbs (five times the average weight of a four year old) which isn't enough to make a flame at most a few sparks and air isn't flammable so he couldn't just make a flame and if he wanted to make a fire bird he would have to control the fire to make that shape which would in turn inclose the flame making it just die out
