Wasn't he having trouble controlling his new strength? He was literally pulling doors of hinges and cracking concrete... how did he go from that to precise control? It's only bee on what? A day? Maybe two?

This chapter is a notable downgrade from the usual in my eyes. Nevermind the fact that there seem to be a lot of vampires not from the Snow family who are perfectly capable of going to college normally (do they all come to the campus before sunrise and leave after sunset?), MC's harebrained behaviour is a bit hard to stomach. I'm not saying I don't understand, given that vampires generally have trouble controlling their emotions; I just don't like it. I like how this MC is normally quite intelligent and controlled.

Cringe fest. I thought this was a chineses novel for a sec.

I really wish author would come back and rewrite this whole sequence. It all just feels so forced and shallow and poorly executed. While it does give us a small glimpse into Victor's capricious and wild character, it currently reads as a shallow face slapper with 2 dimensional characters. This sequence desperately needs a rewrite.
