I actually really don't like how humanity is still at odds among themselves even though they have enemies threatening them

How is Michael Parker not a Villian? He's totally acting like one, seeing as his actions could doom humanity, all for revenge

I can understand Emma and Amanda being targets but aren't the others just a bunch of highschoolers right now? Why are they being treated like major threats?

Hmm is the circle like in the air or on the ground? I was first under the impression that it was on the ground since it needed to protect his full body. But it now seems like it's more of an air shield?? Maybe as he grows and gets more mastery it will cover his whole body, but then again that's probably why stage 2 is so op.
