Honestly the MC should hate his father and mother a lot.

This was going good until this chapter. After being essentially abandoned by both of his parents and now he's gonna say he doesn't hate his mom. Makes no sense. Gonna keep reading though it is an interesting story so far.

Author, there's no realism in the protagonist's attitude towards his 'mother'. Unless there's something I'm missing here, she doesn't deserve his positive feelings and protectiveness

Unpopular opinion but I’m glad he doesn’t hate his mother or father. He’s fully aware that his rage was out of control when he was younger and he’s old enough now to understand why that would make his parents not want him around. I mean I’m sure they tried to help and it wasn’t effective. So they “pushed” him off on the grandparents which were the only people who they probably thought could raise him. Now he’s back and she doesn’t know how much control he does or doesn’t have.

the mother part in this chapter was a big L.
