This book is fantastic! The characters are well thought out and the world building is intriguing, with so many books on here that do with gods and powers sometimes you find that the stories get boring and repetitive. THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS BOOK! The MC is original and while the story might have similarities to others like the power scaling or nobles vs commoners, the mc treads his own path not just moving through the ranks but completely destroying them and moving unfettered through society. The only downside I have to this book is the updating stability, as I looked through the authors history there are a lot of dropped works and we’re currently down to 1 chpt/week and right now on day 9 with no update. AUTHOR I KNOW YOU WANTED THIS BOOK TO DO BETTER IN THE RANKING BUT WE ARE HERE NOW AND WE WANT TO READ WHAT COMES NEXT, PLEASE KEEP GOING AND DONT DROP THIS BOOK 🙏🏽

Definitely did not see that coming but I love it, while it is slightly underwhelming you also have the added effect knowing that his sister buried her crazy and waited until Silas truly let his guard down around her. Knowing the betrayal and violation he felt in his last moments more than makes up for it. Now her big brother is there to help you come out of that dark place

My question is why the mad prince froze time then? If soul stealer killed defiled Kai then he’d be free. But then again Mordet already knows his true name is Lost from Light so maybe he was trying to keep the Dreadlord alive so he didn’t become a slave to soul stealer.
