Admit it, you wrote this chapter to cement the harem theme in the novel.

I have no problem with the harem route in this novel. Usually I come to detest harem novels simply because the author is not good enough to make compelling female leads that will actually have character growth and not simply be a trophy that the MC “wins” and then she is forgotten and the MC targets another woman. In this novel, I think the author has shown the ability to build and mold characters and give considerable growth for the characters and so I think a small harem is fine.

So I mean come on guys this has to be harem. Like it makes no sense for it not to be especially our little succubus teasing him. He will eventually crack and fall into the harem route. Thanks for the chap #TeamHarem

This felt like a double chapter!! Not a normal double chapter, a Xie double chapter, is like a double cheeseburger made for giants!

I do get it why some people are against harems in Novels ( bcs in a lot of them women arę usualy treated like trophies) apart from comon sens from our lifes but with our god and savior xie writing, attention to detalis and fleshing out the relationships betwern them i domy think its a problem And i think that lilith isnt against that idea either ( showing herself up to bing xue on the bridge after that massive fight to provoke her feelings for bai zhemin ) And from what i assume in the world of higher exisstences harems are normal things just like on the current earth in the story so its also fine ? #TeamHarem #BiggestCommentInMyLife xd

Idk why other readers want harem. This is the first Chinese novel I've read with good characters, good plot, unique system, op Mc and nice romance. I like that Xie is throwing in some drama every now and then but I don't want this to become a harem bc what we've been shown so far about Bai Zemin's personality; having a harem goes against his entire being. He's someone that doesn't break his promises no matter what and he has already promise Lilith that only he and her will be together for eternity. Even when Lilith tried to persuade and make a suggestion about him being Wu Yijun's bf so that they can enter Yijun's father camp Bai Zemin rejected her suggestion without hesitation. When he confessed his feelings to Lilith he made it clear of what he thinks of Bing Xue and Yijun. Bing Xue is a friend he can leave his back to without worrying for being backstabbed and Wu Yijun is just a friend who he can leave the kingdom building to bc he trusts her judgement. I've even read comments a few chapters back about people saying Yijun still has a chance bc Zemin never denied her being his future wife when her father claimed Zemin as his son in law. Only true fans and people with high IQ that understands Zemin's personality would know that Zemin would not go out of his way to say something he knows thatll hurt Yijun which is why he doesn't reply to any situation when others are misunderstanding his and Yijun's relationship and Bai Zemin already handled the situation with Yijun in private but what can he do if she doesn't want to give up? It's simple...nothing...bc it's not like her being in love with him is hurting him bc he has already rejected her. #TeamLilith#NoHarem

To me an emperor does not need a concubine if they stay loyal like i hope bz does and from the fact that he was worried about making lilith jealous and for his moral code so far its a safe bet

This novel has a great story, interesting characters that grow and develop, and amazing world building. I don’t care whether it’s harem or not - I tend to like the “everyone is happy” route (except for the one that hurt BZ in the past, she can go rot). The main reason I wouldn’t mind the harem is because the author has shown that characters especially the potential female love interests won’t be exchanged like clothes and then forgotten. With what seems to be a small harem that has interesting characters/growth/dynamics I think it can be a lovely thing. Though Lilith always be #1 without fail 😁.

The true path to #TeamHarem has been laid on this chapter...
