Author there’s no harm in becoming Naruto’s mentor. It’d raise Fujin's chance of survival against ohtsuskis. Fujin doesn't necessarily have to become the strongest Ninja to ever live. That's Boruto FS. Jiraya was a great father figure but was a so so teacher at best. With Naruto's chakra reserve if you teach him supercharged jutsus he'll definitely be double if not triple x stronger. Naruto's Arsenal had always been pretty basic until the Shippuden. It'd also make an interesting plot and surely with it your novel's popularity will raise even much higher with Naruto's popularity. Cause we all love Fujin but Naruto is just a different emotion. We all feel a sting in heart knowing that Naruto could be a lot cooler and stronger but Kishimoto was lazy to do that. Love you, Author.
I kind of understand why readers want him to train Naruto, but I think that wouldn’t be good. Apart from loving Naruto and wanting him to be cool, there is really no reason for this. I want Fujin to become the strongest, not watch him train Naruto to be the strongest. That would be so boring, we know how Naruto becomes the strongest completely without Fujin, we all read the manga. It’s so much more exciting to read how Fujin overcomes those massive odds.
Devil I love your work, but I'm worried that this is turning into another fanfic where the MC is terrified of making changes and just follows the plot.I'm sure Fujin would get sage mode from the sabers if he just explained that he knows what is coming, and the MC is so antisocial that he is "boring" he doesn't interact with anyone or has friends he is strong but terrified of everything and everyone.
