Second time ever I am giving a 5 star rating to the first chapter of a novel! It isn't easy to proof one's writing quality in the very first chapter. I am eager to read more of your work Mr. Author!

Good effort. A bit frustrating to see the past tense and present tense getting mixed up in a lot of the sentences but otherwise the flow is good. Will continue reading for now.
