I am sorry if I missed this, but are we ever going to learn why he doesn't need gems to get a class. It sounded like those were necessary. The fact that I haven't seen a answer to this makes me confused on how those class gems work. I would assume that they give you a class, but if that was so, I woul expect the mc to wonder why he is different. This seems like a big plot hole so early in the story. Again sorry if I missed the explanation, but I haven't seen anything about it.
