Bro if he somewhat like archer he gonna be a little moody but thats his pride. Striving to be the ultimate hero like saber or somewher close. From what I read so far he fine he dimension hopping so I rather his personality mindset change a little with training and techings from archer ,the person who tried to become a hero when he was a kid. Then mysteriously in the middle. What im trying to say is it fine he like this you could say he acting like child some time because the body going though puberty.
So I liked the change of personality because I felt it doesn’t make sense but this chapter felt to rushed. First of all where was he? Last chapter he was on his way to make a speech and suddenly this? Also you never really made it clear about mental age. I could understand it if he was a normal 22 year old who reincarnated because his disrespect of elders and High EQ but we’re talking about an emotionless 16 year old. Now first he’s never experienced love nonetheless flirting but also there was no sign of mental regression due to age which is kinda annoying. I’m not saying make him soft or anything but I would I would think he would be someone like itachi when faced in those situations. He may notice something because he’s smart but his flirting skill would still be juvenile(but this would change if he had some character development)
