The MC was hated by his home world to the point that they tried to kill him multiple times. God intervened and gave the MC a chance to reincarnate in another world.
God also gave the MC an object that grants him limited wishes called the "Wish Note", with which he obtained the power of Anos Voldigoad, among other powers.
