Don't bother reading this. Starts ok but goes downhill fast. Translation and editing quality really deteriorates. Worst thing is it's now behind a pay wall so you can't even read the new chapters

The translation and editing quality never has had a great change. It may depend on what site you are reading on, though. The only thing I complain about is the occasional mess-up with the names and genders of the characters like "Then Han Sen said, that she (he himself) [...]" As for the paywall, just read on other websites. It ain't that difficult.

I think it changed once, cuz the author decided to be the editor for the translations as well. It wasn't that bad, but it wasn't that good either.
