Your gonna need to gigabuff baki to make him be able to compete with people like yamamoto, ichigo, aizen and people at that level. Otherwise bakinis not surviving the later arcs. Besides that its a good novel so far

is baki suppose to be a villain or something cause I don't really see that fitting him, he isn't even as blood thirsty of a fighter as some people like yeah he fought a ton of strong people but it was mostly so he could fight yujiro and he was never malicious about getting into fights either
