Dropped at chapter 6, an honest review. A good idea with a horrible execution, as most fics are. The MC has a “template” of one of the smartest characters ever made and he constantly makes extremely dumb decisions to the point where now he is a dog of the mafia. Author tried to make him look tough as he left but instead ended up making him look even more childish. Not worth a read at this point.

I understand your view but smartest doesn't mean you always make the best choice. As for Mafia's dog plot line, he didn't have resources. He is just a teenager with the smartest brain. I don't know what you expect Mc to pull all the resources he has without working for someone. And again, Mc doesn't care about working for the mafia because his goal is beyond this world. What should I say? Mc has morality but right now he is a bit crazy in his head because of personal reasons. ( I am making character development.) And he is dealing with the mafia right now.
