An interesting premise ruined by the main character with zero common sense and moronic writing. The author tries to stretch the narration and plot for as long as he can. I don't see why they have 5 star reviews.

I mean, he didn't defend his work so you don't know if he would say the author is making excuses or not, the author did something so you wouldn't know what he would do if the author did nothing and he is not saying he is arrogant because the author is not making excuses, he is saying the author is arrogant because he is using irony and sarcasm to answer a critical comment, not evaluating the problems named by the OP nor trying to correct the problems he said so he did nothing but talk shit and pretend he is right lmao. But I understand you defend the author since he is your friend, but his attitude is certainly ridiculous, I don't know how good is the novel he wrote.
