I understand ur uncomfortable with these type of stories but when u write ur comment like that, then it implies that ikiru had an actual choice about it. But no with the way how his life went it wasn't a question of who he would end up with. If u don't like the plot blame the author not a fictional character
From the character's point of view, this was not a choice. Ikiru has been manipulated for this since the day he was born. If you're questioning why I made such a decision, the answer is why not. Before I created Ikiru, I had already decided that he would have a relationship with Mikasa. When I was creating the background, I thought that it wouldn't seem unreasonable to include the Ackermans in the main story. That's why the first chapters contain so much information and planning. Of course, I understand that you're uncomfortable. Honestly, I can't even think of such a thing in reality, and it's very uncomfortable. But we know that such things happen, even worse things than that. I could've created a decent story, but I wanted to test myself. Thank you for your review. I hope you enjoy reading it.
