I have said the same thing in many of my comments on the page, that the mcs get lost following the protagonist of the world in question. naruto, goku, ichigo, deku... are some of the main characters of shonen, and most of the mcs chase them to be their friends, partners, lovers, brothers, parents, ect. ps: the novel is not bad anyway, only that this fact in question brings out a little 😏😏😏

Have you even read more than a few chapters? Sure he becomes friends with Harry and they live in the same orphanage for a bit but after they go to Hogwarts he distances himself from harry and potter becomes nothing more than a more frequent supporting character.

No, i did not read more than a few chapters since when i made this review there simply werent any. But it matters not since the first few chapters gave a rather clear view of the authors attitude to certain things in his novel wich for me is already a reason to stay away. Besides like i stated in my review, I hate Harry Potter as a character. having him as anything more than a background character is too much for me and lets not even talk about a "frequent supporting" character.

He distances himself from Harry fairly quickly. They are friends but Harry is not mentioned most chapters and rarely appears outside of being mentioned.

So can anyone share the tags this story should have?

Any good harrypotter fanfic recommendations??

Rise of the protector/reaper of the wizarding world/I'm voldemort are three i enjoyed alot, altough non of them are finished its still worth a read with a high word count. However for HP fics i would suggest reading Chinese fics/MTLs as the majority of western HP fics have a tendency to lean more towards a "children" story often overdoing things like the "power of friendship" "and everyone but gryffindor is a dark wizard".

Why tf are you reading a Harry Potter fan fic and not expecting Harry Potter in it?

Also that fact that you barely read a couple of chaps says everything because it’s the other way around with the mc being the main and harry being less than a side kick

In Harry Potter without Harry Potter. It's good but you might find it very grim especially the first couple of chapters.

Are you seriously asking that? I mean, isn't it a joke? You really can't think of a reason why someone would want to read fanfics from the world of Harry Potter but without Harry Potter?

is that many people are fans of the characters and not the world in question, I have read many naruto novels with mcs whose priority was to be friends with naruto, minato or jiraiya... but they were not interested in the lore of the story or the world in question ps: an opinion based on my experience reading novels😁😁😁

... for the same reason why it exist so many dxd and pokemon fanfic we love everything about that world but not the mc. It only he but me too read fanfic of hp without wanting Harry in the story because who already ready enough of him in the original

I'm on chapter 37 and all I see is an MC who follows Harry Potter and who reveals his skills to everyone and no one asks questions where the MC got these skills
