Hey just scrolling through (Not a real read). Actually it should come out after a Doping test be it via Blood or Urine because of the enhanced metabolism he has which should make his results pretty ridiculous.

Yeah that's absolutely a concern for peter in this fic! but it's very rare that players in the high school level gets drug tested. There's no real sanctioning body to enforce it, atleast per my knowledge. In the collegiate level, the NCAA would absolutely test peter, So would the NBA. This will be a major problem for him if he decides to play in higher level basketball. Still that's an excellent critique of the story. Anyways Peace and thanks for reading!

The drug tests would look for the presence of certain chemicals, hormones, drugs, steroids, etc. It wouldn’t assess if he’s a metahuman. He still has human DNA. The problem I have is that he’d be leaving samples of his blood places. If he goes through with it, you need to figure out a way to destroy any blood samples after they’re tested. I don’t know how you’d go about that though.

First off, the metabolic rate would impact your hormones. Secondly, they’d also notice blood sugar, which would be inhumanly high. And finally, his blood pressure and heart rate would also be inhumanly high, and the odds of none of this being noticed on a physical, which is required to play school sports, is effectively zero. So he couldn’t play a school sport without being outed as enhanced.

All I can say is that this is the marvel world I'm sure there are abnormal humans even without a radioactive spider, I mean with all the witch/sorcery bloodlines and the fact that the eternal themselves lived on earth thousands of years ago as well as olympus and the demigods like zeus propagating their genes everywhere...I refuse to believe in this world there are a lot more different breed of human as (this is a phrase used to describe people who are beast even in ordinary earth basketball talk less in a world like marvel), honestly just because it wasn't expanded upon in marvel doesn't mean its not there.
