Lol it's almost like YOU forgot that Peter parker is merged with the SI, not completely erased. Why would the army veteran's Past or previous expertise matter during peace time. Regarding the fight between teenagers, this is addressed in the future chapters. Oh and OC's are here to stay, they have an integral purpose to the story. You mistake personality issues of the MC for bad writing and you know what that's like your opinion dude.
