Writing quality seems ok. I did not notice any granmar error for those grammar police. Nature of the story is also interesting for me, I kinda like it. My problem is the pace of the story. It’s really slow for me. Travelling to guild foundation is more or less 100 chapters. Once they arrived, i assume there’s another more or less 100 chapters just for him to become an adventurer. Yes. That’s right. So as of chapter 250 plus, it’s still an adventurer examination. I sure hope that at chapter 300, the exam is already over.

LIKEI’d like to add on to this review specifically in regards to the topIc of pacing. This is at its core an adventure story; beyond overarching goals, the purpose is the journey, not always the destination. I prioritize world-building and character development over creating a concise narrative that could be rushed through. I just think it’s to remember that this is a story about Emilio’s life; you will ride along with him on that journey. So, I wouldn’t recommend my own story for anybody that wants a fast-paced story that beelines from Point A to B; that’s not this story.

? Because the story isn’t about the trial. What happens on the journey to Vasmoria is much more important than simply becoming certified.
Mr_Babbles:he said 250 chapters and it's still a adventure EXAMINATION, how?
