you should feel glad that the translations were dropped.. it was amazing till there but after that it was really boring.. 90% of the time MC is deep into catacombs, bombing those mines n escaping back.. same plot again n again.. first few times it was fun.. but then it was just boring.. there was no fun interactions like when he was spending most of the time in college.. trying to gain some gifts n all that

What you talk about is not wrong, I am currently at 837 chapter (well chaps are quite long, in other novels it'd probably be at least double than that) and I am somewhat losing interest but not because these vein bombing rank6-7 realm but mostly due to the fact how the vast world described in first 300-400 chapters sounded like it's super big with the populations and conflicts and stuff but later the plot makes these worlds look sooo small, it's a bit sad because it kills a lot of potential arcs I wanted to see. True gods can travel these distances real fast, decisions are made fast yet they're in conflict for such a long time with just stalemate, sigh. Other thing that irks me is the MC who has some more knowledge about what's going on, about some of the pointless things that don't change anything yet he still keeps slaughtering these catacombs people who just want to live but are used as chess pieces, or these rank 9 burrow powerhouses who, as author wrote himself, don't know what they fight for, why do they have to die, they don't even have a will to fight MC and would prefer to just go to some place to chill but they can't because they can be quickly chased/traced/killed by true gods. Yet MC still slaughters these people.

I enjoyed these parts about bombing mines and things, it was not that boring to me and it stops anyway after the arc where MC arrives undercover at the capital and realises these veins in domains are poor man's. Not to mention ancient weapons are introduced later which makes the rank9 and below weapons pale in comparison. What made my interest wane was actually the biggest direct fighting arc so far that starts around chap800~. The one where they involve like 200 rank 9 and 20 true gods and many other less important background cast of rank8 and below, with 2 goals in mind, taking over a domain and stirring things up enough to force some ancient hidden powerhouses - some of the chess players - to stop hiding and get involved with the overall situation. Two words: vanity and pointless. The arc felt like that. So many lives taken / lives left to fend for themselves for petty reasons. What's worse the author painted some of the burrow powerhouses there as neutral, having no will to fight, just wanting to survive... and then made them be slaughtered... like the burrow middle/low martial artists who can't escape away from these conflict places and it's their home anyway they just defend it...it didn't feel like a victory;/
