You can't say it's completely different though... Ch 2 Choosing Gu Worms ----> Ch 28 Stone Gambling ----> Ch 29 Red Toad Gu, 100,000 Primeval Stones. Idk man, I see some similar events here... I mean it might be good in your opinion, but there is definitely some inspiration coming from Revered Insanity.

It seems similar, but reading the synopsis it obviously isn't. It's not like Gu System is Reverend Insanity's copy right nor it's his original. And it's like like the first ones who made the System genre or Magic genre everyone is copying them, they're inspired by them. So what you want to say, that you don't want any masterpieces like Reverend Insanity? If it's not a blatant copy it's fine, but calling the MC Fang Yuan is really a little shameless đđ.
I don't have anything against copying novel because I can read other version of my favorites novel, but even I have standard. This is no longer fanfic copy, but a blatant insult to the original novel.

Did you even read it? Only the name is similar which is a little shameless. But it's not copying at all. Thousands of novels have characters and mcs with the same name. This is the typical system novel with the Qi Gathering, Core Formation, Nascent Soul power system. And not at all like Reverend Insanity, neither the story nor his personality.

If He only based it on Gu, it is fine. After all, Gu is something that's exist not only in Chinese lore, even in Japanese lore it exist. But, that He based it on Gu and have the Main Characters name Fang Yuan. It smells really bad. Example, If someone write novel about Magic School, no one will said Anything. But if He write a novel about Magic School and the MC named Harry Potter, no matter how original the story is, people will say He is Plagiazing, and rightfully so. The author make mistake, huge mistake, when He named his MC Fang Yuan.

Its pretty good novel, the MC is pretty smart, ruthless but still a principled person. a Chaotic Good personality. The cheat as the title said is not too OP, most of the Gu has special requirements for auto cultivate to active. This novel while maybe not the best, its pretty good than most of CN trash novel. And Just Ignore those stupid review that said this is copy of Reverend Insanity/RI. they are too stupid or just never read other novel than RI. This novel definitely different than RI (I read RI) and Gu Cultivation, and Stone Gambling is not only exclusive to RI, lot of novel has used that cultivation system and trope. just because its use the same cultivation system then it is a copy?
