So I will give this a 4 star instead of lower due to the fact that I can see that this novel may really be someone elses cup of tea and I don't want to trash the ratings at all. But for me personally, I thought the first arc was pretty frustrating to read but I liked the world/leveling and the characters even though the author just made the MC's life frustrating and depressing to read every few chapters. Then the arc 2 came and it went from a 2/3ish to a solid 5 in my opinion. The second arc was really good, great character development, good budding romance, strong level ups and good fights. Then came arc 3 and in my opinion it started to go downhill. The MC's power levels slowed tremendously, the MCs first real arch nemises kept getting stronger for no apparent reason and even multiple chapters were dedicated to him even though in the grand scheme of this "World Backround" he should be little more than an ant compared to what the MC's true future enemies should be. It started to become more like a soap opera than a good novel to me. But I know there's a lot of people who love over the top drama and crazy situations, so that's why I still rated this as a 4 because I do think this author writes quite well, just some of his ideas don't seem fleshed out and he has to develop a lot of weird plot armor to fix the issues. If he can come back in the next arc and have it as good as the 2nd, I think this book can end on a very promising note.

First of all, thank you very much for the detailed review. I really appreciate the effort put into it. First arc is the worst. Every time I read something about it, I get the urge to rewrite the whole thing. I'm glade you like the seconds volume. I want to assume the arch nemesis as Charles, but he is in volume 5 and MC's power boost slows in Volume 3, not volume 5. So, can you clarify this a bit? About Valos Volume, I realized after finishing it that Varian's slow growth was a big minus. Realized it a bit too late. But welp. Next volume is Trian Ruins. The Arch nemesis did get a power boost and grew strong. But he isn't here to stay. Nor is he really an arch nemesis. Well, yeah. Thanks for your review. It really helps! Hope you find stories you can enjoy a lot.

I meant volume, so far volume 1 was definitely the toughest to read like you said. Volume 2 was awesome, there wasn't much I disliked. Volume 3 is where I started to be more up and down for me, there's some highs, like I really enjoyed the arc with MC and Enigma on the run, but the newest non privelaged chapters where it's Sias and Charles POV gave me a headache since I feel like Charles really isn't a character worth having so many chapters about in the grand scheme of things (from what I can guess since it seems there's much bigger problems than some earthlings). Unless he's going to become a friend, which I really hope he doesn't, he's really not redeemable I find reading so many chapters about him to be a waste of time where we could be learning about the MC or having him strengthen himself or some of his relationships instead. Hope that clarifies things a bit.

I see. Thanks a lot for the feedback. I'll try not to repeat the mistake in the future. Hopefully, you'll like the next arc :D

No problem, while I was frustrated at some parts, I can honestly say this novel is probably the most underrated I've seen on WN. Also I look forward to the next arc, because while there are some points that weren't to my personal liking, your solid writing and the fact that there's been too many good parts of the novel for me to quit reading it. ^_-

This novel is good though. You write very well. But I do have problem with MC's low battle power. I mean, so many elements and such low battle power. I hope you will increase his battle power by at least by one major realm in the future.
