All right I don't mind you liking this novel or not but I don't think this is the best HP fanfic. That title belongs to HP: A magical Journey. This novel in my opinion is just edgy, predictable and cliched. I don't really like it but again that's just my opinion. There's always an audience for everything, I don't mean to be rude or target anyone, I just wanted to present my views on the topic, sorry for hijacking your review

I've read that one and honestly it pales in comparison to this one...at least in my opinion. I personally love this novel because of the Kingdom/Empire Building and it doesn't get boring to read like that one. Tell me why you think the other one is better, add spoilers if you must.

First of all in my opinion, AMJ has much more likable MC, the characters in this novel aren't as developed as in AMJ and honestly, in they feel more natural. No doubt the characters are developed in here to great extent too but it feels "meh, yeah could happen" doesn't feel like I'm reading an HP novel anymore, more like an anime fanfic. Secondly I personally don't like flings or apathetic relationship. I don't like harems anymore except the ones which are done properly. Honestly I've grown tired of power-hungry apathetic protagonists so I liked reading Quinn, who wanted to pursue knowledge but not to the extent that he would be apathetic to others life.. Now these were all my personal opinions and subjective views why AMJ is the best HP novel on the site now coming to objective points there are 2 things. First this novel is set to take to a higher universe so I get where the author is coming from, but as a result this novel just bashes the entire HP universe and uses it as a tutorial area and it ends up as a stepping stone for the MC to get above the beginner level. Second, most of the things in magic principle seem far-fetched and removed from the original novel. It doesn't feel like it was set in HP world. A good fanfic conserves the atmosphere from the OG I think AMJ does a better job at it
