This summary makes the novel seem like a generic trash chinese novel. Here's the orginal synopsis that's full of flavor. There was no light in the night, save for the sound of war drums and war cries. The young man listened carefully, it was the sound of his heartbeat and the flow of his blood. What lay hidden in the darkness ahead? Is it man, god or……a monster? There was no such thing as the best road, because the journey beneath one’s feet is limitless!

LIKEFlyingCuttlefish:Countless people have unique Dao but only few people cultivate Dao of Flavour and Dao of Seasoning. Fellow Daoist Brother, your Dao of Flavour put me in awe. Just a few words yet full of flavour of comprehension. You, Swiftescape, have reached the apex! ☀🎑 ☀
Sorry, I don't have insider information. I also cannot see through the fog that is the corporate talk.

The author has a history of writing a masterpiece of a novel, Reverend Insanity, which got banned. You should read it if you haven't yet and you'll understand why. But if you don't want to I'll just say that RI slaps us with the cold and hard truth of what society and ultimately humans are. Both the good and the exremely bad. And I guess massive corporates and companies don't like that.
