The first glaring problem i found was the world building. I have no idea where this is, what year it is, not even the surroundings are vaguely described. Even after reading about 15-20 chapters, I still have no idea what the main character looks like or how old he is. The government, if you can call it that, is essentially nonexistant. People with superpowers where the lowest level is probably near a grenade run around freely. They are essentially military assets at this point. Even if they were allowed to run around, it should be with restrictions. Apparently they also don’t have anything to watch the dungeons despite it being a massive military asset. The main character progresses an entire tier after after a few dungeon runs. If one higher tier person runs a dungeon a few times, they can create thier own military force. The fact that no one has thought of this shows how smart the characters are. TL;DR: The lack of descriptions going even slightly in depth kills the reading experience. I had to stop reading many times to try and rationalize things.
