let me get this straight, Ark crawls back to Ves like a lost puppy begging for treats, and then immediately thinks he's top dog and can make decisions for the Davute branch? If he wants complete freedom, give it to him. Don't let him join the clan, no new mech, no LMC dividends. Ig he wants to play soldier, he can just join Davute and be someone else's lackey and disposable hero and someone else's problem. Ves should get Goldie to sever the connection to Ark, and anyone who won't do what he says. Expert pilots really are stupid. Ves should just use this as an opportunity to trim the fat. Cut the losses of the Davute branch and start somewhere else. See how the branch makes money without LMC mechs. If they try and produce mechs without him, he can just cancel the glow and make them into knockoffs.
Don't give dogs cooked bones, and don't give dogs chicken bones at all. Cooked bones can splinter, and chicken bones are just too small in the first place. They're crunch them and swallow big pieces that will hurt them instead of gnawing on it.
I wonder if all the techniques are going to be shamelessly stolen from other novels, like how the Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer was "borrowed" from Duluo Dalu.
The editor once again shows how completely incompetent they are, not only by picking the worst novels for translation, but also by being incapable of even properly posting the chapters they have. It says there are 25 chapters translated, but it seems that it's more like there are 10-15 unique chapters, and the rest are just the same chapters posted over and over again. How is it that the people in charge of posting chapters don't even know how to copy/paste, and don't even bother to check and confirm that what they're posting is even the right chapter? This site is a joke, run by clowns.
I keep wishing for a good blacksmithing novel, unfortunately this is not it. Never thought it was possible, but it may actually be worse than Forging The Path To Godliness. It's just plain bad, ******* writing that seems like it was written by a child. Predictable and cliched. Seems like something you would expect to find in RoyalRoad, in fact there are definitely better stories there. Absolutely not worth translating at all, so I suppose it's only a matter of time before this gets picked as Editors Choice over much, much better novels like "I just won't play by the book" and "My Debauched Devotion". After seeing Forging the Path To Godliness get chosen over "I Can See The Lines Of Fortune, it's really obvious that the readers opinion and reviews don't matter at all, and the "editor" who chooses the novels is a brainless moron.
Really good story that does a great job of subverting your expectations and avoiding cliches. Rather than a heroic face-slapping MC, we get an intelligent, low-key MC who just wants to stay out of trouble. The system in this story is actually kind of overpowered when it comes to helping the MC avoid danger.
