I'm assuming that he's using the One For All from the latest version of the Manga, so this is actually very tame compared to the feats he's done. Even against Overhaul, he could destroy building easily with 100% of One For All, but with this dude's insane (too insane) body, he can do such feats with only a broken arm in return.
This time, I used 100% of One For All, and the same process occurred, but being much more intense. Cocking my fist back, I concentrated all of One For All into solely my right arm. I propelled my fist towards the machine with my full power. The instant it touched the machine, the machine got launched through the divider wall and into the actual wall, actually cracking it a good bit. Maybe make it where he is a form of entertainment and has to entertain him, or as a bet with another divine being of authority.
"Just so you know, this won't be our last meeting. You'll appear in this room whenever a main quest triggers or is completed, so that you can obtain details surrounding it or to obtain the rewards. Any and all other quests, with few exceptions, will be automatically done by the system," He informed me, whilst standing up from his chair. "Oh and also, make sure not to make deals with any god, they're most likely gonna take something vital from you," He once more informed, offering a handshake. "Make sure to train hard, this isn't the normal One Punch Man you have grown used to, by the way!" He told me after I accepted his handshake, confusing me. Oooh, maybe make him have a "Supernova" form as his true form? After all, his finishing move is named after a collapsing star, and they go supernova when they collapse.

You should definitely cut the info dump, and spread it throughout the chapter instead.
What would ya'll like changed to the last chapter made? Having a dilemma with what works best with ya'll. I have the story planned, I just want to know if I should cut the info dump and all and leave that for later on. - OPMFan1yrCommented

Duke was still concentrating on the instant noodle, his original name in Chinese was Du Ke, now his name was Duke. Kind of ironic if you think about it. The first thing Duke did when he came into the One Punch Man world was to try Saitama's training of 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, 10 km running a day and no air conditioning during the summer or heater during the winter. Duke found out other than gaining a good body from this exercise regime, you can out run a monster if you follow this regime. But you do not gain the power to break the limit with this exercise regime.
