That Is true, however, it is uncertain if pokemon durability is due to their capability or their world's mechanics. after all, the humans there are also durable. if the durability is taken into account, it might be considered jonin at best. But it's greatest use would be as a mini bomber or a skill support. imagine taking seconds making a water dragon bullet jutsu signs with over half your chakara gone, but get hit with an encore, you would be forced to do the move again, expending all your chakara. would that work BTW?
