Sasuke wanted two things from Tsunade, first was to declare Danzo as traitor to the village revealing his collaboration with Orochimaru. Telling the village about third Hokage's actions or more like inaction would bring lots of unrest in village since they all see him as hero and he died fighting Orochimaru, so he let the matter of third Hokage go. Second thing Sasuke wanted was to reveal Naruto as hero and son of fourth Hokage who saved the village by containing nine tails inside him. He is talking about people of Uchiha clan in general, who were very proud of there eyes. People of Uchiha clan were known to be very arrogant.

rinne rebirth does not kill the user, it exhaust lost of chakra Nagato who already spent lot of chakra, died due to chakra exhaustion after reviving people of leaf Obito who was forced to use rinne rebirth to revive madara didn't die

only someone with uzumaki bloodline have admantiam chain which can even seal kurama movements, so that is why I concluded uzumaki bloodline importance. Beside MCs specialty is taijutsu and genjutsu.
His fuinjutsu training was progressing but he realized the importance of Uzumaki bloodline. He was not sure if he can reach the level of an Uzumaki grandmaster. He thought if he can surpass Kushina in fuinjutsu then, when he awakens his rinnegan, even Otsutsuki clan members would not be that big of a threat. But surpassing Kushina was not easy and he did not have confidence to actually achieve it. So he thought of next best thing, have a teammate with that level of fuinjutsu skills. From his memories he remembers that apart from Naruto there is only one more Uzumaki alive Karin, so he decided to have them both trained by Kushina. Mc liked Naruto, if not for him being orphan he would wanted to reincarnated as him. So after having his memory back he befriended him, they train together very often and they often prank villagers together, it was mentioned in previous chapter, so calling both of them friend is not wrong
Two week went by with Sasuke's new training, and finally the person Sasuke was waiting for shows up, it was Tazuna from country of waves. Sasuke does not care about changing plot due to butterfly effect. He was going to do things differently and even if future changes, as long as he is strong enough he can face any challenge. What he was concerned about was third Hokage's death. He wanted him to die but if he kills third Hokage then his relationship with Naruto, Guy and Rock Lee will be affected. Its only been a month since he transplanted Hashirama cells so increase in chakra is not that much
The only thing he did not focus was his ninjutsu. The only A-rank ninjutsu he learned is rasengan, but he is waiting for Naruto to learn this from Jiraya so that he can also publically use this jutsu. Apart from this he also learned multi shadow clone jutsu but they are useless for him in a fight as he does not have chakra reserves like Naruto. The total chakra amount of Sasuke is at low jonin level. He learned clone jutsu, substitution jutsu and transformation jutsu from academy, which are pretty much useless in fight between jonin level combatants. He did learn few useful jutsus from observing the training spars between jonin. He learned body flicker jutsu and mud wall which he thought would be useful but as his affinity is not earth so using mud wall is not chakra efficient.
