You like Allen because he's a beta and he's just your self-insert... no one likes an arrogant Chinese Protagonist and yes surprise surprise people can be hypocrites, since no one is perfect even in fiction! Additionally, people have preferences and if a guy prefers virgin girls, what's it to you? You aren't being affected, the girls are given a choice and it's ultimately up to them to join his harem since he won't force their decisions. Also cold ruthless protagonists are good since they are decisive and won't simp/act out of character for another character and will only focus on their goals.....

The sex doll plot is pretty bearable since it's just a plot device to bring waifus to MC to bait in viewers, but the recent chapters have been mind-blowingly stupid. For example, everyone has their iq and eq turned down a notch and decided to jump Allen because he became too ruthless in wanting to punish a zombie who has now given up due to the overwhelming advantage Allen has.... no Allen has to be the good guy, he can't be ruthless(except for the times he was ruthless) and merciless!! Also the system is so annoying to read; it brings minimal benefit and most of the time, it's useless during an actual conflict. Allen is so stupid that he never opens his treasure chests(powerups) before any battle.

If you take out the context, that Kurenai was essentially taken care of in the custody of the MC who is her brother/father figure, then yeah. Your logic would make sense then. But reality it isn't like that, the MC had no romantic thoughts about Kurenai(at this time) and seems to keep that person in a daughterzone and nothing more. Also Kushina's jealous but her mind can't translate that MC would have relations with other females before the relationship was forced and before she got married to him, she got married to Minato (so if the MC wasn't jealous of Minato, why should she be jealous of Kurenai?)
