Well first i would write at least a coupe of chaps to capture the reactions of anyone who has interacted with mc in the Real World after he returns ( because of the different personality after the Hunger games). Then you can consider if you want to take a Power aproach (superpowers/magic/etc.) or a survival aproach (refining his survival skills/ mastering weapons and fighting in general). Based on that there are many different Worlds with challenenges he has to Face with either his skills or powers.
