Review as of chapter 182. Much better than I expected it would be. The story is written quite well, has a good pacing and a pretty good world building. I find the main character decent enough, even though he is portayed as a supposed genius he does not live up to that, but fortunately he is not a complete idiot. I am only somewhat confused about the title of the novel. I don’t know if this would change further down the line, but there is not that much focus on the ML’s and FL’s relationship. However I am quite happy about that, as there is more space for other characters and story development. Fortunately it also really does seem like there won’t be a harem. Overall it was a very enjoyable read and I hope the author will continue writing.

You haven’t read long enough. It is only in later chapters that he leaves his humanity behind and embraces having become a demon

True, though I thought it would be cool and in line with Nux’s character if he were to call her out for it in front of all World leaders. Though what he really needs is make Rune and then Eisheth his hehe

One of the Ancestral Order’s main points is the protection of cultivators to allow their growth, but by her actions, this woman painted a huge target on Nux and his wives and going against said point despite being part of the Order herself. I think it might be interesting if the novel explored such a plot point

Review as of chapter 828 Overall this is one of my favourite novels on this site. The world building, the story and the characters are all elements I enjoyed very much. The one point in which this novel could be improved is writing quality, which, though not that bad, is not great either, and an editor would really make it shine. Uptade stability is good, with 1 chapter per day. Pacing is also quite good, with maybe a few rather slow moments, but generally very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this novels and hope the author will keep up the good work
