some people said that its confusing so I trying to phase out the % symbol. why confusing? Because, instead of adding upto hundred on all elements, I meant to say each element has 0-100 affinity.

Yep Water 0%->100% Think of each element having its own stat. 0 means the person can't use the element and 100 means he can use it effortlessly.
