I think energy wise Jeane is probably on par with Victor but she is too nice, especially to her family so she probably struggles to discipline their daughters plus she isn’t as skilled with her power as Scathach Atleast that’s how o view it, so it’s probably not technically wrong that in a combat sense Scathach is Number 2 in the family
