I've read an MTL of this before. The story had a good premise and a lot of potential, but the author ruined it because he went with the plot of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. That is not to say that it's bad, it's just that it could've been better if the author had gone with a different direction with the story. Also, if you want a slice of life-ish story, this is not for you. Much of the novel is composed of fighting against the US Government, alien forces, or whatever. However, I'd still recommend y'all to give this ago, it's fairly entertaining.

You should update this and the other auxiliary chapter. An auxiliary chapter exclusive to Xuan Hao (age, cultivation progress, bit of backstory, disciples, techniques) would also be cool, especially the cultivation progress since it would kinda be like a timeline (easier to as well).

One of the things I hope would happen in the story is that Xuan Hao would find and accept a disciple that is different from his normal disciples. Talent-wise, this disciple would be comparable to Xuan Hao's other disciple, but because this disciple 2as a loose cultivator, his/her cultivation would be lower than a disciple like Chu Yang and his/her age would be higher (nearly 30). And, because of his/her age, lifestyle and experiences, his/her suitable Daos would be different compared to most Daos we've encountered so far. Like, a Dao of Strength (a more raw type of Dao), Dao of Wrath (an emotion-based Dao), Dao of Insanity (maybe this is why he/she is a loose cultivator), or something along those lines.

(AN: take this part with a grain of salt. The first Shinobi War involved Hashirama and Madara, and the tail beast was probably distributed during this time. Unfortunately, I could not find much information, and things are complicated with the mystery of Hashirama's death not being known. Plus, I did not research for that long.)
