I wonder if Dearon could use spirit bending on the creature. it seems to be a spirit of some kind and spirit bending is a water bending technique.

I think this is the best solution given the circumstances.
Slaves will be given wages that are 'fair' and that they can survive off, but I agreed to let it go toward their 'price' first. So if a man bought a pleasure slave for one hundred gold dragons or something, she will work for one hundred gold dragons to pay back the price for her freedom. It's fucked up, I get that and I wish it was not this way but it is, if I just break the chains and move on it will all collapse. There needs to be a system put in place to properly free the slaves where it won't end up with some crazy slaver fanatics toppling my house of cards. - Daoist7Hh4yg1yrCommented
The one complication would be that you'd have to free the slaves as slavery is illegal everywhere in Westeros except for thralldom but that seems to be frowned upon now by everyone that isn't Ironborn.
But I have to get the eggs in the basket before I count them and even when the time to count comes it will be a trial. Lys will not lie down and just show their belly because they are defeated and they are not above sending assassins to the people I care about. Aegon dealt with assassins for the majority of his reign and is the reason for the Kingsguard. But at least I will not have to worry about the Faceless men if we do go that path, I at least hope our loose ties to Braavos will help us with those scary fuckers. - Daoist7Hh4yg1yrReplied to Einlion

No, in most cases it takes the form of a bumper harvest or some extra coin from a trade. Geralt says so himself though I can't remember when or from which title.

That's not how Bound Weapons work. You're summoning a Daedra that is in the shape of a weapon. What you just described sounds a lot more like Sword Singing. From the wiki - The greatest among the sword-singers were known as "Saints of the Sword", or Ansei in Yoku. Ansei had the ability to manifest a sword from their very soul, known as a Shehai or "Spirit Sword".

So I still like this fic conceptually, but this whole conflict with his mom doesn't make much sense, from the reason for her rampage, her and his reactions to their fight, and her response after the fight. The whole thing comes out of left field and doesn't really work as it's been written. I'd give this chapter another once-over. Anyway, keep it up!
