you know I wish our protagonist had continued with his magikarp experiment until he had a variant of each type and I kind of hope he's still supplying supplements to cause the magikarp in his space to trigger variants too
It seemed that he would have to consider other ways to make use of Mikail's unique situation. Professor Oak had created a habitat for Ursaluna here at the lab's property and relocated the Ursaluna I "discovered" along with its sleuth, which consisted of 5 Ursaring and 13 Teddiursa, to the habitat. it makes me wonder how you're going to explain them not knowing about paldea and future regions and how those regions were formed and don't probably know about the wider world as well
Not to mention, that it appeared that the two Pokemon at Oak Labs currently seemed to be the only members of their kind in the known world. The current one was unacceptable for the Aura Guardian Order due to its nature. A point that was supported by the fact that none of the trainers whose Primeape evolved to Annihilape so far managed to control their Pokemon. The circumstances of their evolution and the nature of their being resulted in all of them breaking their bond and going berserk. - Brandon_Hoffmann2mthCommented

There were multiple theories regarding his space among those in the know, but the most accepted one was Mikail having exclusive access to a Mirage Island due to the blessing of one of the major ones. with deep blue being having the limit of getting to high Palladium and with the purple shades otherwise known as six star being extremely rare with Aurora probably not even known it makes sense that people don't know that there's higher stages than Palladium

Honestly, the number of people that knew the full extent of Mikail's talent/genius did not exceed 20. The Aura Guardian Order had made sure of that, not willing to risk him being dragged into things he had nothing to do with for now. - Brandon_Hoffmann2mthCommented
