So far, very interesting story. Good plot, world building, characters, humour. Many things are done just right. He'll, this work has some of the best villains you can find in the novels. Now, to a less pleasant part - glaring issue that is an art of exposure. Informing reader in a subtle and interesting way, is a very hard part of writing. Unfortunately, it's also a biggest weakness of this work. Many dialogues feel - forced and explanations - unnecessary or uninteresting. Not because information itself is boring, but because of how and when it's delivered. I really hope author will read up on different techniques on how to do exposure. That would make this work truly great instead of "just" good.Still, I'm very happy I stumbled upon this gem. I'm expecting great things from this author.

Ah, triggered russki with his alternative history that only exists in russia. Highly amusing

September 1 had already passed, Germany had invaded Poland, World War 2 had officially started in Europe. As per the previous agreements, Great Britain and France declared war on Germany. Then the Soviet Union also invaded Poland from the east. They were no less of an aggressor than the germans, but Hitler made himself look like the bigger evil due to his atrocities.

It's bad, like very bad. Generic chinesium fanfic with countless inconsistencies, boring OP, and cringe worthy things:Dukes instead of lord ParamountsYoung Lords (Masters) instead of heirs and so on.Dialogues are dull, logic never visited authors mind in a lifetime, writing quality is overall just horrible. Nevertheless, many thanks to translator for his efforts, but you waisting your time with this piece of trash, IMO.

Not entirely true. while dual wielding two long swords is indeed impractical, it's only because one swords often ends up blocking another swords movements because of its length. But taking sword and a dagger or sword breaker was a common thing in duels for example.

"Well you know how I use both my arms for all kinds of stuff and don't have any dominant arm," I said sheepily. From a very young age, I had forced myself to use both of my arms equally so as to have no weak arms, and now It has finally paid up, "I was wondering if I could learn to duel wield like the Sword of the Morning,"

Not saying they were broadly used weapons, but smth. like Estoc or other type of purely thrusting swords can actually pierce armour. But I would prefer a god ol' pointy stick anyway.

The only time swords really became the main form of combat was in the case of a rapier, and even then that was only when there was no armor. In real life, pole arms are the main thing used in combat.

Oh. will we finally see a realistic use of polearms? may be even daggers and more "exotic" stuff like sword breakers and bucklers. Mb even realistic use of great swords? One can dream, right?

In real life, you'd probably be better at learning how to use a war hammer and some poleax. A sword is prodigious, and he should be trained with it, but on a battlefield, it's just a sidearm at best.

Don't get me wrong. My main problem is not system itself, but how it is impacting the story. which is almost negligible. There's a lot of stuff that you could just Skipp and don't bother with. And it's actually a real shame as your writing on it's own is quite good. Oh well, I can only wish you success in your endeavours and I would actually like to see what you can do if you get rid of system or keep things relevant at least. In next fic may be?)

Could only read like 40% before dropping. Too much System nonsense, that done 0 for story development. so yeah, if you like to read gamer style Lorem ipsum in gamer style, it might be something for you.
