Author here. I'm rewriting this fanfic from the start. I started this fanfic for fun and didn't pay much attention to its story. I hope to present a story that will be enjoyable and different from canon. But I hope that my readers will be lenient in complaining about the story being the same as the original. i don't have a problem with you increasing the time limit or no of items. but i think taking his eye and physical damage was little over the top. it's only a suggestion but the merchant should be like in order to get this ability you have to give up your previous ability and the new terms are this. this is your first and final warning to not try to cheat the merchant.
