1 CH-1. DEATH IS JUST A BEGINNING

When I opened my eyes I was flying in a pitch black place something like a abyss but still I was calm. There was only one emotion I was feeling and that was regret.

'So I died, huh?'. I said while looking towards the endless darkness.

The only thing that I remember is that I was crossing the road but I didn't even realize that the signal was red and then I heared a loud voice after which I lost my consciousness.

I know I must feel sad that I died but I was anything but sad.

In my last life I was not handsome nor intelligent because of this my parents didn't liked me and always despised me. Saying that I was not their child.

Whenever I tried to play with my siblings they also pushed me away with a ugly look on their face. The only thing that kept me alive were mangas and anime.

I have read many mangas and manhwas but the one which I liked the most was Solo Leveling. It was also the first manhwa which I ever read.

"I don't know if there is a God or not but if there is then please in my next life give a family which will love me". I said with a hopeful look.

"And if it's possible then please reborn me in the world of mangas or manhwas like solo leveling". I said without even knowing if someone was hearing me Or not but deep inside me I was hopping for my wish to be fullfiled.

The reason why I want to reborn in a manhwa world and not in my previous world is because I don't want to see my previous world again in which no one liked me and always looked at me with a look which was saying to be stay away from them.

But in the manhwa world I can start my life again.

Just as I was thinking suddenly I felt that something was pulling me with a great force.

'What the fuck is happening? Am I going to die but I am already dead.' I thought while the force was pulling me and then after sometime I started to lose my consciousness.

It was like my consciousness is slipping away. I was scared but for some reason I didn't hate it.

It was like someone is telling me not to be afraid due to which I stoped struggling and just let it happen and then I lost my consciousness.

In the double layer dungen Sung Jinwoo was sitting on the top on the altar leaning back on it, eyes closed with one leg missing and blood coming from the wound and his mouth while the colossal statues were coming towards him with their weapons pointing at him.

After sometime Jinwoo opened his eyes and got shocked after showing where he was and who he was. It didn't even took him more then some seconds to know where he was because the statues which he was seeing were the statues which appeared in Solo Leveling manga.

"Hahaha, so God really heared my wish and transmigrated me in the body Sung Jinwoo". Jinwoo laughed said with a big smile on his face.

He was not scared of the statues because he knew he is going to gain the system ones the statues killed him.

He looked towards the statues with a big smile on his face and shouted loudly. "THAT'S RIGHT COME AND KILL ME".

Just as he said the statues pierced his body with their weapons but on the face of Jinwoo there was a big smile.

"This time I am going to enjoy my life". He said and then closed his eyes and lost his consciousness.

In the hospital Sung Jinwoo was sleeping on the bed of the emergency ward, he was looking weak.

After sometime he opened his eyes and sat on the bed while leaning his back. He looked around him with a smile on his face.

"So it was not a dream I am really transmigrated as Sung Jinwoo in Solo Leveling". He said with a big smile on his face but then suddenly the door of his room opened.

As the door opened he saw two man in black business clothes. Seeing them he smiled inwardly knowing what is going to happen next.

"It looks like you are finally awake". Woo Jinchul said putting his hand in his pockets and took out a card and gave it to Jinwoo to which he took it and read the card.

"So you both are from Korean hunter guild's inspectors". Jinwoo said while looking at them with a normal look on his face.

"So why do you both want to see me". I asked with a confused look on my face while smiling inwardly.

"Don't you remember what happened in the gate in which you and your party entered". Woo Jinchul asked with a suspicious look on his face.

"Well I remember but my memories are foggy because of the incident. It is still hard to believe what happened in the gate". I sad with a sad face and looking down to which they both understand his situation and explained him what happened in the gate.

After that Woo Jinchul explained me to which I just smiled inwardly because it was now confirmed that I am Sung Jinwoo the successor of Monarch Of Shadows.

"So that's what happened Hunter Jinwoo". Woo Jinchul said pulling me out of my thoughts.

"So are Miss. Ju-Hee and Mr. Song Chi-Yui safe". I asked with a worried look on my face while smiling inwardly thinking about Juhee.

"Don't worry they are safe although due to missing one of his arm Hunte Song has to retire and Miss. Juhee is still recovering from the shock". He said with a bitter face.

"And other hunters like Kim Sam- ". Before he could complete his words Jinwoo interrupted him.

"No its fine that's enough".

I know that they just want to save their lives and if I was in his place I may have done the same thing.

"The number of people who survived the double lair including you is six. Although hunters are always in danger whenever they enter a gate but its rare for a massacre like this to happen". Woo Jinchul said while sitting beside Jinwoo.

"When the inspectors and White tiger guild members reached the scene they didn't found any statues, only you were lying on the Altar without any injuries". Woo Jinchul said while looking at me.

"THAT CAN'T BE". I shouted making a shocked expression.

"We couldn't believe it also but if the survivors testimonies had differed by even a little, we would thought of a different explanation". Woo Jinchul said and looked towards Jinwoo with a serious face.

"This is just our theory but we believe that you have gone through the 'SECOND AWAKENING'." He said to which I maked a shocked expression.

He then took out a device on which a purple crystal was attached to it in the middle with a meter above it.

"This is a device which will calculate how much mana you posses, all you had to do is put your hand above the mana crystal". He said placing the device in front of me to which I placed my hand above it.

When Woo Jinchul and the other guy saw the number they both had a disappointed look on their face because the amount of mana I possess is the lowest which is 10.

"What's the result". I asked while looking at them without any shame.

"It looks like we were wrong about you". Woo Jinchul said and then both of them got up and walked towards the door and left the room with a disappointed look.

Seeing them leaving with a disappointed look I just smiled.

"Let's check the system firs-". As I was going to complete my words the door opened again and this time a cute girl came in with a worried look on her face.

"O-Oppa are you okay". Sung Jinah asked with a worried tone and came near me.

In the manhaa Jinah was one of the girls I had a crush but that time I can only dream about her but this time it's different, I am going to add her to my harem.

That's right I am going to form my own harem and why wouldn't I. In this life I am going to fullfill all my wishes and someone might ask how can I seduce my own sister well I am not technically her brother, so it's alright and I don't give a shit what others are going to think.

Seeing this Jinah was surprised and embarrassed at the same time because for some reason when she hugged her oppa she felt like she was hugging a man not her brother but she didn't hate it.

"W-Why are you the only one getting hurt everytime while the others return safely". Jinah said with tears in her eyes while hiding her face in Jinwoo's chest.

Seeing her tears Jinwoo pulled back and wiped her tears with a charming smile on his face. This was the first time that someone was worried for him sincerely and seeing her like that he promised himself that he is going to make his new family happy.

"I am sorry Jinah, I promise that from now on I will not get hurt anymore, so dont cry because you look more cute when you smile". He said while wiping her tears and kissed her on the cheek.

"C-C-Cutee". Jinah said meekingly with a red face while looking down and thinking about the kiss. This was the first time that her oppa ever kissed her and told her that she is cute.

She then looked towards her brother who had a teasing smile on his face. Seeing his smile she pounted but then suddenly hugged him tightly and hide her face in his chest with a smile on her face to which Jinwoo also hugged her back and patted her head.

"Are you okay now". Jinwoo asked her to which she nodded while blushing.

" I a-am fine, I should go now". Jinah said with embarrassed look and ran towards the door and left.

Outside the room Han Song-Yi friend of Jinah standing leaning towards the wall, when the door opened she saw Jinah coming bout with an embarrassed look on her face and dragged her towards the exit.

"L-Lets go Han". Jinah said and started dragging her to which Han Song-Yi tried to say something but she didn't let her anything.

Inside the room Jinwoo was sitting on the bed with a smile on his face.

"Let's check the system, SYSTEM". He said and then suddenly a blue screen panel appeared in front of him.

Reading the notifications I thought about the message and then another screen appeared in front of me.

Seeing the message a wide smile was formed on my face because from here on out my new journey begins.
