i don't know about canon but in this fanfic it only the Land of Iron has the land that can give out chakra metal ore and even then, you can only get like a baseball size ore every decade or so. yearly, you can properly mine chakra metal equivalent to the size of a quarter. The land of iron has the ore but even then it's still very rare and basically non existent in other parts of the world. Suna is able to create an artificial version via magnet release but that is not that great compared to the actual thing. Even the 7 pirates took decade upon decades and looting so many samurais just get enough to create the 7 weapons.

Weakest is an understatement. Kiba can geniuely be one shotted by both Hinata and Sasuke. Like unlike Kiba who stayed relevant to his canon counterpart, Sasuke and Hinata are leagues stronger than their own canon counterparts to the point if Sasuke and Hinata fought 1v1, the first causality would be unironically Kiba .
