So aspects enhance what is already done with players. For example if your constantly using Lightning jutsu and you get a C grade aspect, your aspect can be reduced chakra cost. At B grade it will be more advanced. The system names will also have to do with how the players have already performed. For example, Technoqueen got that name because she was focussing on guns and tech. Ghost got his name because well…ghost. That being said, what you said does make sense
