why are pokemon limited to 4 to 8 moves

Gliscor Ground/Flying ,Luxray Electric , Rampardos Rock , Gyarados Water/Flying , Magmortar Fire , Electivire Electric, Rhyperior Ground/Rock, Weavile Dark/Ice, Drapion Poison/Dark, Garchomp Dragon/Ground, Spiritomb Ghost/Dark these are all the final evo btw there also pokemon i feel would follow a strong trainer not mind to mush that he a gang boss also i kept to the full sinnoh pokedex and not trying to be forcefull or anything but if you do decide to add a pokemon from another region mc can just buy it from the black market for a high price

Drapion poison/dark is also cool

Bisharp is a dark/steel type btw
