'while this is troublesome...' Sora thought with deep thought before he noticed the young man slowly waking up. he looked to be 18 or so years old, he had red hair and red eyes. he was quite handsome and looked like the perfect knight.
Upon seeing Sora was awake, he stood straight up before giving Sora a slight bow and began giving Sora a report of all that had happened.
"Young prince, it pains me to say this but my father and mother had fallen protecting you. currently, there are only you, myself, and 5 slaves. many have died in that assassination attempts... what should we do?" He asked in a soft voice, Sora frowned slightly hearing his words.
this teen was named Red, from a young age he was always with the former host of this body, acting like a guard. They would both train together, and treated each other as if they were brothers. but as Sora grew, their relationship changed, as Sora was the prince, after all, although he considered him as his most trusted man, in the end, he couldn't let the world know he was so close to him.
Red father and mother were his teachers, they taught Sora to be the next king to the best of their capabilities. but in the end, they could only sigh as Sora had no interest in the throne. this in the end was what gave him a slime door to survival, if he aimed for the throne, his elder brother would have killed him for sure.
Sora knew as the youngest, his chance to be king was laughable, he was the weakest amounts his siblings, and his talent was not that good to be shocking. he grew up being called as the average prince, there was nothing too shocking about him. in the end, this title caused him to give up on the throne
"what should we do?" Sora asked, Red looked at him in confusion not knowing if he was asking him or himself. Sora closed his eyes for some time as he began thinking of what he should do, at that moment he suddenly heard a voice in his head.

This system is a conquest system, the more stuff you claim as your own the chances you would have of getting rewards. there are levels to the system, with a max level of 50, at which point the system space would become a stable world that could grow on its own.
The system space and size would increase with each level, at some level host will gain the ability to open portals that would allow the host to conquer other worlds, and swallow them. once swallowed, then the world would be added to your world as a realm.
These worlds you conquer are no normal worlds, they are all verses. such as Dragon Ball, Marvel, Star Wars, and even Spongebob Squarepants verse. all worlds can be visited, each world is split into low, mid, and high. note that there is a peak world, that the system can't reach but the host most reach on its own,
Note that the system would give a warning from time to time when the system is in danger or the host is in danger. note that the system and host are one of the systems, the system is nothing without the host and the host would suffer a huge amount of injuries if the system die.
there are many other functions and abilities of the system that could be awakened as you level up the system, to level up the system simply bring unique items into the system. note that the system will absorb said thing for XP to level up.
Note that as new functions and abilities of the system are gained, the system will give you a rundown of such stuff. just because the system doesn't have a system doesn't mean it can't act to help the system.
there are quests for the system, but they are all hidden. the host gets no punishment for not completing these missions. but the rewards would help the host greatly.

"This was the crown prince doing?" He asked with gritted teeth, Sora sighed softly before he got out of bed, before walked over to the window.
"as the new king, he had to make sure all people who could raise against him were killed. your father was loyal to mother and was willing to die to his mother's wishes through. and with my cultivation broken and me being set here... it was too risky to let him live, that assassination attempt was mostly aimed towards your mother and father. I was just the cover. I'm sorry for your lost Red." Sora said softly, Red body shook slightly with rage but it disappeared as he was not capable of even matching the prince.
"What does the prince wish to do?" Red asked softly, Sora calmly turned to look at him with a cold smile,
"revenge, overthrowing a newly crowned prince is not that hard. but before we force on the prince, let's grow stronger... I know you don't trust me, but I ask you to trust me. this once at least." Sora said seriously, Red looked seriously at Sora before kneeling.
"my lord, that day I promised upon my Dao's heart to be at your side no matter what, even if the world is against you... I Red, will see through my promise no matter what." He said seriously, Sora smiled at his word.
"Well, let's see the slaves, and the amount of food we have," Sora said with a smile, Red nodded before following Sora. upon going downstairs, he saw 5 slaves who were sitting to the side in salience, Sora looked at them for a moment before thinking of the smart thing to do now.
"how much food and water do we have?" Sora asked calmly, Red didn't say a thing but looked at a female slave who quickly stood up to report.
"We have enough food and water to last us for at most... 3 days," The Slave said softly, SHe had long silver hair, she would have been an unmatched beauty if not for the scar which went across her face. but she had curves that would make many males forget how to behave.
Sora frowned at these words, stepping out he looked around and saw that the land here was completely dry as if no life could grow here.
"Where are the rare stuff we have... and also, how far is the nearby city?" Sora asked as he looked at Red, Red quickly stepped forward and headed Sora to a storage ring.
"Most of the rare items were on father and mother, the assassin took their storage rings, we have nothing but this storage ring, but thanks to the battle everything within were lost.. as for the nearby city... it's about 10 miles far away, it's only a few minute journeys for me," He said softly, Sora nodded slightly
"Well, we are all going to have a rough start. but I have an easy way to turn things around, Red, for now, everyone gets some rest. tomorrow will be a hard day. give them all beds." Sora said seriously, Red nodded slightly, before grabbing some stuff from his storage ring and handing it out to the slaves.
"We thank the prince." The female slave who had reported to Sora said with a deep bow, Sora nodded slightly before leaving Red to take care of the slaves while he looked around the building. while doing so, he grabbed some unique-looking plants to send them to his space

the Apple tree suddenly appeared before they planted themself into the seed. Sora opened his eyes before going on to go find other stuff. but the system no longer gained XP from the grass, but the system could use the energy from the grass to improve the Qi quality within the system.
Sora went on to search around for some time until he found enough stuff to level the system up once more.

Sora flashed, entered the system, and began cultivating theirs. he noticed a huge improvement after doing this, the Qi within the system was more than 10 times that of the outside world.
Sora went on to drink some water from the system, there was a small pond that had water, the water had more contracted energy than the air, so Sora had the water until it was almost finished, the water was sweet, and made Sora feel completely refreshed after drinking.
Sora quickly began cultivating, and after 30 minutes he was kicked out of th system. but he didn't care and continued cultivating. the first stage of cultivation was known as the copper rank, at this rank, a person's Qi would be that of a copper color. at this stage a person is forced on tempering their body, making their body adapt and evolve to the point it could store energy within and not rely on outside energy. upon reaching the peak of this state, they would be immune to most weapons, blades and swords would not be able to harm them unless they are unique
The Fist of conquest took a different side from most cultivation art, it allowed one to form god harms which would give one extra boost of power, in both speed, defense, attack power, and defensive power. there was a limit to the amount of God marks one could form, but once all are formed, they would fuse to form a new and much more powerful mark.
after some time he had absorbed all the energy the water had to offer and went to sleep. "I thought I told everyone to get some rest? go sleep," Sora said calmly, although experts at the iron rank could go days without the need for Sleep, Sora wanted everyone to be physically and mentally at 100%.
"but what if those slaves try to attack you?" Red asked in a low voice, one of the other reasons he stayed up was because of these slaves, he couldn't leave Sora alone after all. plus, the Slaves all had cultivation, people would pay a good amount of money for a slave with cultivation. of course, those that remained were the weaker ones, only having cultivation in the copper rank. but the strongest was at level 6 copper rank, he could kill the current Sora before Sora could speak.
"That would be troublesome, but you're the only person among us who could fight for now. it will take some time for me to regain my cultivation and former strength, until then you must remain in top condition. you going to delay my plans for some time now..." his death caused all of the living lifeforms within that forces to turn into undead, if anyone tried to enter the forest they would breathe in his demonic Qi, which in return would turn them into undead. so this became a forbidden zone, one of the seven forbidden zones everyone tried to avoid as best as they could.
"let's face it, we can't survive here for long before the undead start coming out. so, we must gather all that could be gathered here. for one, the unique herbs that could be found around the forest. they might all be poisons, but they were of an extremely high grade. it is just the thing I need, so go near the forest, any unique plans you can find grab them, and hurry back. I don't want you to enter the forest, you hear?" Sora asked seriously, Red was stunned at his words before looking at the forest not too far away before looking back at Sora in confusion

Sora said with a smile, the slaves all lowered their heads in deep thoughts. Sora didn't wait for them to answer and went inside for him to await Red.
a few minutes later, Red appeared with a bunch of herbs in his hands, they all face of a deathly air to them extremely dangerous for normal people to remain near them for too long.
Red hesitated on if he should give these to Sora, but Sora just walked out and grabbed the herbs., he panicked seeing those, but before he could say anything, the herbs all disappeared as they entered Sora's system.

Sora went to go seat at a corner and after drinking some water he began cultivating, the water was better than before, be it in quality or quantity, it made Sora feel fool after a simple hand fool of water, his body couldn't handle it. it would turn into poison if he drank too much of it.
Sora cultivated and within an hour, he had broken through and had stepped into level 1 Copper rank. Sora's eyes opened softly as he released a breath, looking at his palms he smiled slightly as Qi from the air around him gathered, forming a thin copper layer around his hand.
The God of Conquest gave one The Fist of Conquest upon stepping onto the copper rank, The Fist of Conquest was split into 5 parts, The Fist Of War, The Fist Of Slaughter, The Fist Of Donations, the Fist of Victory, and the Fist OF Conquest.
These were not all simply abilities, they were fist techniques and abilities that Sora could now use. for now, he could only use the Fist fo War, but using it, it could boost Sora's strength by up to 2 times while in the batter. the speed at this boost of power comes relies on the mastery of this technique but as one masters this technique, then the boost of power could be almost instant, and will not be only limited to being in battle.
the boost in power will improve with each rank, for example, at the copper rank it's 2 times. at the iron rank, it will be 5 times, and at the silver rank, it would be higher.
this world also has a ranking system of power, known as powerlevel. It's a combination of everything, from Qi level, Strength, speed, defense, and so on. it measured one overall combat level,
a normal person's powerlevel is one, but a cultivator at level 1 copper rank has a powerlevel is of 5, at level 5 their powerlevel would increase to 7, and at level 3 it would increase to 9. of course the growth could be different depending on the technique of ones, normal cultivation arts improve only by 2 power levels pro level. others could improve with 10, or other. the bloodline could also help increase this, as if you had a powerlevel of 5 before you even started cultivating, your growth would be almost 5 times better than those around you.
Sora's powerlevel at his moment was higher than the normal powerlevel a person at level 1 copper rank should have. this is because the God of conquest cultivation art tempered his body to a deep level, and reached parts other techniques couldn't comprehend.

Sora smiled as he stood up, at level 1 a person's powerlevel is only 2. but with Qi, their power gets 2.5 boosts allowing them to have a powerlevel of 5. but Sora is a powerlevel higher than them, of course at later stages it's not a 2.5 boost.
At copper rank, a person's body and Qi have yet to adapt to each other, so later on, in the cultivation realm, Qi and body become their own thing once the body adapts to it. if the Qi and body give an equal amount of power and they are balanced, that 2.5 boosts would remain, but if they are not then their power would simply be added together
that's why body and Qi cultivator are looked highly upon, they are much stronger than those of the same level. but to do such a thing was not what those who are not talented could do, at the copper rank, up to level 6, it's not that hard to temper the body using Qi. but as the rank goes up, recourses are needed to temper the body. so a person must have a lot of money if they want to temper their body, or else once that balance of QI and Body is lost, that 2.5x power boost is gone.
there was also more stuff that could get in the way of this, Qi was known is considered to be the most basic form of energy used for cultivation. there were many other forms of energy out there that were stronger, so this in return would increase the difficulty of keeping that balance as there was a limit to how far basic Qi could take a person.
there was also another important a person should know about power levels if a person's powerlevel is almost 1.3x higher than your own. there was almost no way a person could win, in a battle. of course, you could run if you're fast enough. but at it near 1.5 times stronger, they would not simply be faster, you would lose all hopes of injuring them. it would be an absolute defeat, and the best thing to do is run.
'now, I just need to make the power level the dragon marks give, and my own powerlevel to be equal so I can get another 2.5 boosts in power.' Soro thought with bright eyes, but that was easier said than down, he would need much more time cultivating than other people because he cultivated more than one thing.
