Honestly, it is by pure plot alone that Naruto didn't hate his village to the deepest parts of his soul from everything. I truly believe this.

Trait is linked to soul and Semblance is a tangible projection of Aura which is more personal. Aura is simply liberation of soul. So obviously, his Semblance must have Anti Magic property.
