8 Opening my Shop-1

"Naruto! Breakfast is ready!"

"Coming!"

A week has already passed since we got our apartment. I have gotten the printer and all the supplies, plus a small shop in front of Ichiraku Ramen.

I have been learning cooking through the books, and making Rice Balls was so easy that I made it eatable on the very first time. Boiling eggs, boiling milk, and some other things are some of the things that anybody can do, even if they haven't cooked in their entire life.

The problem arrives with making vegetables and meat. Removing outer surface, cutting vegetables, and adding the right amount of oil and spices is very hard. But thankfully, I am not as horrible as Shion.

I guess I have good qualities of a wife. Hehe~

Then I am also teaching Naruto to read and write, and improving his handwriting with brush to get used to it for fuinjutsu. Speaking of fuinjutsu, I can do it, can't I? Can I really not even use chakra for making seals using ink? I don't know.

Anyway, I am also teaching Naruto another language, Sanskrit. It has very defined structure with capacity of unlimited words and extremely shortened statements. I am now actually grateful that I was born to Brahman parents who were very religious. Even though they died, the skills they taught me will come in handy in this life.

I know that ANBU, and even ROOT is keeping eye on us. But I can just boast about it being my own intelligence. It can even help me to get fuinjutsu access. In a ninja village, the more secretive I want to become, the more suspicious it will become.

"Shiori-chan! It's tasty, Dattebayo!"

"Thanks! I will be going to the library then. And you, spread the news among children that there will be a limited edition sale for the first 5 customers in my shop. Don't mention what I will be selling, okay?"

"Umm, but Shiori-chan..., the kids call me names and their parents tell them to stay away from me..."

"Don't bother with those stupid people. Friends can be only made with people who respect you. If you beg someone to be your friend, they will only bully you more. And you have me, don't you?"

"Yeah! But I don't like it when they gang up on me!"

"Then become so strong that they will regret messing with you. They are all irrelevant fodders. They don't matter."

"You are right! They are nothing in front of Uzumaki Naruto, the Greatest future Hokage!"

Well, looks like Hiruzen has started brainwashing him to become Hokage when I am out in the civilian library.

Oh well. If he becomes the Hokage, I will just become the Daimyo. Those guys are useless anyway. If my boyfriend will 'ask politely' to adopt me and then hand me over the position after the war, it will be very easy.

But I don't like him wanting to be the Hokage due to Hiruzen's brainwashing. It will lead to him asking for validation from irrelevant people. And I don't want him to go to save every person that treats him like a normal human being.

Guess I will have to start educating him once I make sure that ANBU and ROOT can't hear or see what we do inside our apartments.

With that thought in mind, I went to the door.

"Then I will be going! And be ready for a surprise at my shop!"

"Surprise!? What is it!?"

"Fufu~, you will have to wait for that~"

"Hey! Please tell me!"

"Not telling! Bye bye!"

"Hey! Do ya know!? The shop opening in front of Ichiraku is going to have a limited edition sale!"

"Hah? Why are you talking to us!? Looser!"

"You are the loosers! I am the one who will get a surprise, not you!"

"Yeah. As if someone will give you a surprise."

"Whatever. You all are stupid fodders!"

(3rd PoV)

A certain White haired ANBU was watching Naruto's antics, copying Shiori and calling everyone stupid fodders.

He has been the one who is on Naruto's watch duty this week as he was forced to take a rest from dangerous missions. And from what he has observed, Shiori is definitely a smart girl. A little too smart. He has seen her coming up with her own alphabets and their sounds. Some sounds are not even in their language. And she has already learnt about half of the language from the books in library. Till now, she has only come up with 14 vowels. Even though she has been creating the special language only for the two of them, Kakashi isn't shy from using Sharingan and peeping on them.

In some way, Kakashi is relieved that Sensei's son has got himself a friend and is not that sad about the entire village shunning him. And she is even cooking and shopping for him, and telling him to train or teaching him.

If only her tenkutsu weren't damaged...

Anyway, he is curious about what she will be selling. It is something she has been drawing and taking printouts, then stapling them like a thin book. And she was also drawing something like a poster.

Kakashi decided to not peek at it.

"You called me stupid fodder!? Die!"

"Konoha Secret Jutsu: Low Blow!"

"Aaargh!"

"Pfft! Hahaha! This really works!?"

Well, it looks like Naruto got a 3rd victim today, though it was in self-defense. Shiori has taught him some nasty technique.

Oh well. He will just stop-by the shop later, while following Naruto.

(Shiori's PoV)

It was 5pm, and the streets were bustling with people. A perfect time for opening my shop.

I have decided to start a manga series. Shin-chan. The technology here is somewhere in the 1920s-30s except for the fact that simpler technology than TV, the trains are not here. There may be various factors to it.

If there is a train, the low level escort missions for the ninja villages will plummet. Daimyos are just like UK's royal family, utterly useless and waste of space, whose only job is to spend money and be fat. Not Sumo Wrestler fat, but just fat. And they are also cowards, that's why they won't do anything to offend ninjas now that Samurais protecting them had made their own village in Land of Iron.

Suna is a special case. Rasa is an asshole with peanut sized brain who thought that attacking Leaf with Orochimaru of all people, on the event of Chunin Exam where even many nobles will be present, will be beneficial for his village.

That's just asking for being declared a terrorist village and further plummet the economy. Their strength outside of their boundary is also pathetic. Imagine Gaara in the Chunin Exam being their strongest ninja after Rasa.

While countries like Land of Snow has train, because the ninja village and the country aren't separate. And their ninjas aren't that strong. There can't be any reason other than the Land of Fire, with vast plains, and the biggest economy doesn't have trains. Shinobi need to be relevant other than wars and stuff afterall.

Anyway! In my Shin-chan, everything is same but adapted according to the technology here. Instead of Kasukabe, it is Konoha. There is also a kindergarten.

Honestly, unlike the fanfics, there are no civilian schools in Konoha, only an Academy. For civilian jobs, you either take an apprenticeship here, or go to the capital or one of the cities in Land of Fire for schooling.

Anyway, the manga is something a children my age can enjoy, and even adults. I am not going to add the extreme inappropriate things in it. Honestly, the problem with Japan's children animes is that it presented many bad things as normal. They are still the best out there, but the censoring does ruins the flow.

So, no older versions of crayon shin-chan. They weren't even that funny. I remember those episodes in the golden age of Shin-chan. When the art style was between the old and new. And I have used those episodes.

I have also replaced Choco chip cookies with Ichiraku Ramen. With his permission, of course. It is always better to be in favourable eyes of Sage of Six Bowls, who survived every calamity.

The first chapter is just a random episode I remembered before Himawari was born, in which Shin-chan adopts Shiro and fights with Misai for it. And in the end, he forgets about him and leaves him starving. It isn't that funny, but by the extent of comedy in the library, I can say it is much better than them.

Then I have made five posters in total.

First is for Naruto, where he is grown up and is the Hokage, but with good hairstyle and a cloack like Minato. And in the background, he is standing just in front of Hokage Rock, hiding the Sixth Hokage, and has his own face carved as the Seventh Hokage. It is his surprise.

Second is of Hiruzen when he was young. His young picture was fairly easy to find in the library.

The third one is Tsunade with a grin and Orochimaru laying unconscious under her feet.

The fourth is of the Uchiha Policeman who caught the orphanage matron.

And lastly, it is mine as a grown-up, dressed like a princess and sitting on a bed of money, with an evil grin. This one is truly majestic!

I have chosen these posters for a reason.

Naruto's is obvious as it can get.

Hiruzen's because I will charge him large amount of money.

Tsunade for publicity. She is girls' idol, and since Orochimaru has betrayed the village about one and half years ago, her stomping on him is a good image.

Uchiha guy for getting into Uchiha clan's good graces. And if Fugaku comes, I will even offer him to draw his grown up sons. Same for the rich.

And me, for my own publicity. New businesses will require popularity afterall.

Well, let's just open my shop.
