I'm not talking about that. I already know you can't really use science on fiction but that's not what I meant. Like I said one piece characters have not been shown to be light speed in raw speed only in reaction speed especially when paired with observation haki and maybe attack speed.

I don't have any qualms about one piece characters, but I know that they aren't light speed. The only thing that is light speed is their reaction speed especially when paired with observation haki and perhaps their attack speed though this is a big if. But their raw speed isn't up to light speed at all

For people who are suggesting that the MC joins a peerage, honestly ask yourself, if you were in his position with his power and potential, will you honestly enslave yourself, for power and resources that being smart with your decisions will already give you? True, to be honest I think he's just arguing because he wants the MC to join rias peerage, basically taking the role of issei. By the way good job refusing, apart from not being a slave, he can use his freedom to form bonds with multiple factions without being tied to one, or being an enemy of one because of his race. To be honest, being human actually guarantees neutrality for all factions.

I prefer he stays human. No matter how kind rias or sona are, you're still their slave if you join their peerage. And if we're being honest and realistic, why would the top brass for devils allow someone of high value become a high class devil(in title not strength). Not to mention that no matter what anyone says the peerage piece should have mind control or suggestions to make you loyal to your master, no matter who they may be. And if you find a way to escape, the piece mutates you and turn you into a stray devil.
