Although I have watched all harry Potter movies I don't have enough understanding of that story to actually incorporate it into my imagination or writing for that matter, and if we are being honest, the whole harry Potter isn't about magical power it's based around only the character and story. Harry Potter magic make no sense to me, and it's too weak to play any role in wmw. If you have any suggestions feel free to share.

Well according to wmw that's factual and although there are some facts in wizard world that indicate otherwise but even if rank 1 creatures per say don't die because of the radiation from a rank 3. Rank 1 magus simply don't have enough fire power or damage ability in their spell to even remotely affect the innate defensive spell of a rank 3 magus. A rank 3 magus don't even need to spend spiritual force, he can just defend naturally and even his simple physical attacks would be lethal to lower level magus. Quite in fact, A smart magus won't waste his spiritual force to conjure spell in a distressful situation. If you all remember back in Twilight Zone when Leylin and his group were surrounded by hundreds of soldiers, knights and an acolyte Leylin used a single spell to create an area attack which trampled them instead of dealing with them singlehandedly. The smart way to fight is the magus way to fight, this was precisely why Leylin hated his warlock fits that much.
